PREPARING BEFORE CLASS
• If there’s a class your interested in taking, it’s always nice to introduce yourself to the teacher whether online or in person, and mention how you plan on taking there class.
• Make sure to find heels or sneakers that are comfortable and have support for your feet when dancing.
• SNEAKERS: it’s best to have a light shoe that’s flexible and made for athletic activities. The more you train the more options you will find comfortable while dancing.
• HEELS: I recommend investing in professional dance heels, for more support, plus there’s so many different styles to choose from. If your on a budget I highly recommend searching through Amazon.
Laced up heels are great for ankle support to protect you from injuries while dancing. Feel free to click the button below to view affordable dance heels on Amazon.
